Being a Florida boy I eat a lot of shrimp. I love them. I will try to avoid going on a Forest Gump style shrimp rant. I was totally stoked when I saw that The Shrimp Council created an Opp promoting their site EatShrimp.com. It's a great looking site with a ton of healthy shrimp recipes. How about a shrimp stuffed baked Potato?!? YUMMM!
I am also very happy to see that they are using a Disclosure Badge for their Opportunity, it reinforces the legitimacy of the bloggers taking the Opp and the council. One of the reviewers sent me a video from Jenny's blog, I love the Shrimp Dance.

I wish there were something like "I can't believe it's not shrimp!" out there.
I can't eat shrimp, so I dq'ed myself from taking that post. Why, of course, would I have a shrimp recipe beyond "Feed myself shrimp, and end up in the hospital!" ? :)
