Ding! Ding! Ding! This is what the office has been hearing a lot lately! Why, you may ask! Because Ted thought it would be fun to hang a bell on the wall and have the sales people ring it EVERYTIME a deal was closed! While us sales people think this is fun, the other team members aren't so thrilled :(
The sales team has been working very hard with advertisers to help make this month the biggest month ever. Today, we received a package from Ted (he is out of town) to help motivate us!
Be on the lookout for many new opportunities in our marketplace, as we have MANY campaigns in the works!

I am so sorry to hear about the bell. I worked over 11 years in sales and one of our directors thought that would be a good idea too. If it rings too much you'll be wanting to put it somewhere the sun doesn't shine and can't ring any more. If it's too quiet it gives directors something to complain about.

I am curious why musicians don't use PayPerPost when they release an album. Seems to me that there are bloggers out there who could build a great buzz for album releases. It would be easy to get a review of the album by being willing to send MP3 via E-Mail to those bloggers who wanted to listen. Or any other number of things.
Artists also need some sort of review of themselves from time to time for press clippings to put in their promo kits. Blogger reviews would be just as good. These promo kits are used for getting gigs by many artists.
