Last night Colleen broke the story and this morning it became official, PayPerPost, Inc. has changed our corporate name to IZEA, Inc. The press release can be found here with the details and purpose behind the change. I feel FANTASTIC today! I am sitting at my desk... surrounded by IZEA swag, beaming about all that we have accomplished in such a short time.
The corporate name change is bitter sweet. PayPerPost.com started a revolution and I have personally been on a crusade to build the PayPerPost name despite all the critics and controversy. PPP is arguably one of the best known brands in the blogoshpere and I know many of you have the same heart felt connection to it that I do. Fear not, despite the corporate name change PayPerPost.com will remain here to serve you, our loyal posties and advertisers.
Over time we will be putting more emphasis on the integration between our properties where it makes sense. The first integration we will be implementing is single sign-on between all IZEA properties. This will make life easier for a lot of you who use multiple properties of ours. Other updates will be announced once we get over the ARGUS hump.
Speaking of Argus, we are just slightly over a week away from the unveiling at PostieCon. Get excited guys... a new revolution is right around the corner.
I have had an IZEA wallpaper on my desktop for some time now. You can grab the one below our check out flickr for some variations. For some reason Flickr won't support the full resolution of the images I uploaded so I have dumped them full res here as well.
I have also uploaded a logo set that contains JPG and PNG versions of the logo. You can download them and make your own desktop. If you make your own desktop post a link here and we will feature you in a future post.

Glad to see the official announcement and like how you did a soft launch by having colleen break the story. It certainly helped build some buzz as Scoble picked right up on it, that is how I heard about it. After getting over the initial annoyance that I didn't hear about it in any official capacity I realized the genius of the maneuver. Who isn't watching the PayPerPost's number one earner's blog. A very slick move.
