You really need a fast way to get an answer. Customer Love is not the way. I got the Biotene offer but never got the toothpaste and neither did my daugher. I put a ticket in 2 weeks ago and it is 70 in line today 11/29 and the offer expires Dec. 1. Very frustrating indeed. Thank you.
